About
Julius Brantner Brothandwerk is a bio bakery founded by a master baker with swabian roots named Julius Brantner. Growing up in a family of bakers, he pursued his dream of becoming a baker and gained international experience. However, he often found the lack of creativity and quality raw materials frustrating, as many bakeries relied on premade mixes and frozen products. In 2019, he decided to do things differently and opened his own organic bakery in Munich.
